βMan City are not that good [...] They've obviously got some unbelievable players but defensively they are not good manβ
βI genuinely think Brighton can challenge for the titleβ
βLisandro MartΓnez is never available. When he is available he gets bullied and gives up goalsβ
βEmery makes players that you think were just done and shit good again. Like Barkley looks class every time he comes onβ
βI'm telling you now, Hull's bubble has burst. They're done. They're down manβ
βGuΓ©hi has been shocking for the last 4 or 5 months, 6 months. He's been poor manβ
βMan Utd are already 5 points behind Liverpool and 6 points behind Chelsea, but we're 9 points behind Brighton. This is a fucking crisis! This is not a drill!β
βWould I sack Michael Carrick tonight? [...] Yesβ
βI donβt think Reece James gets in this team even if heβs fitβ
βTake Erling Haaland out of it [β¦] JoΓ£o Pedro is the best striker in the leagueβ
βI prefer Williams as a player compared to Daniel MuΓ±oz. I think he's more solid defensivelyβ
βThere is no world Branthwaite is better than Tarkowskiβ
βNicolas Jackson is going to do loads of good things for the teamβ¦ but heβs going to miss some sittersβ
βEthan Ampadu is obviously a European level footballer. Gets in the Man Utd team immediatelyβ
βJames Justin is criminally slept on by football fansβ
βI don't like the Tielemans signing. I liked it at the time but I don't really understand it at the momentβ
βI'd take Havertz over Isak for Newcastleβ
βI'm sorry but if Ε eΕ‘ko can't even get in this Man Utd team is he that good?β
βRanking Thiago above Nicolas Jackson is crazyβ
βSantos is a flop as of now. Can't even get a minuteβ
βForest have got far too much quality man. They are not going downβ
βThere's no way Forest get dragged in to a relegation battle this seasonβ
βRight now in my team I'd have GroΓ, Anderson and Riceβ
βBrighton will finish higher than Brentford this seasonβ
βBrighton won't get top 4 this season because once Europe kicks in they'll fall off a bitβ
βFulham will make a managerial change and they'll spend a lot in January if they look like they will go downβ
βIt'll be Fulham, Coventry and Man City who go downβ
βFulham are fucked! Who the fuck is running that club and thinking bringing Arbeloa in is a good idea?β
βI think Villa will finish above Brentfordβ
βGoing forward Aston Villa are fine, it's just defensively they rely on Suzuki too much. You look at LindelΓΆf and Mings at the back...β
βJoΓ£o Pedro gets 20 goals minimum this seasonβ
βJoΓ£o Pedro's finishing, it might actually be the best in the league other than Haalandβ
βUnited can not play Tielemans and Mainoo together. That has to be the most unathletic midfield in the Premier League [...] I've seen buses turn quickerβ
βMan Utd are so bad. They're so poorly coached. The gaps! The gaps!β
βWirtz is up there as the worst signing in Premier League history. He's absolutely wank, he offers nothingβ
βLiverpool need to drop Wirtzβ
βIt's such a myth. Anfield just isn't what people claim it isβ
βTielemans is a good player that just doesn't suit Man Utd. He reminds me of Mason Mountβ
βIf Man Utd have less than 11 points after the Chelsea game Carrick's got to goβ
βThe pathway we were on with Amorim certainly looked a better pathway than where we are nowβ
βThe fact that Baleba looks like prime KantΓ© just because he runs around a bit [...] yet Carrick is sticking with Tielemans and Mainoo. It's laughableβ
βIf they're going to sack Carrick and give it to Southgate - No, don't bother!β
βThe Premier League needs to pull its fucking finger out and give them the punishmentβ
βChelsea have been linked with Alex Scott recently and I think it would be exactly the signing we needβ
βI wouldnβt swap Kobbie for anyoneβ
βWharton for me is a better player than Mainooβ
βScott could be an all round midfielder at Real Madrid level scoring goals, a bit like a Jude Bellingham profileβ
βAt the moment the jury is out on Alexander Isak. I think heβs a class act and heβs too good to fail, I think he will come goodβ
βIf Carrick has less than 15 points from 30 at the next international break, I think he's in trouble. That's 3 wins, a draw and a lossβ
βI guarantee you now United will win at Anfield, Stamford Bridge or the Emirates. We will win one of those gamesβ
βIliman Ndiaye stinks of Villaβ
βPhil Foden is not good enough to play for Liverpool, he's not good enough to play for Arsenal, Man Utd and Chelsea want to be more ambitiousβ
βErling Haaland is a Β£200m player and he easily goes to Real Madridβ
βThere's one player that stays at Man City and the only reason he stays is because he's not that good anymore, and the answer is phil Fodenβ
βI'll tell you where Ryan Cherki goes, this is a really easy one. Real Madrid, that geezer is Real Madrid written all of itβ
βElliot Anderson, of all the new signings, he is the most likely to stay at Man Cityβ
βElliot Anderson realistically either signs for Liverpool or Man Utdβ
βDonnarumma won't go back to Italy, Milan hate him. He doesn't end up at PSG again. I don't think he ends up in Spain. I think he ends up at Chelseaβ
βI'd love to see Donnarumma back in Italian football. I could see him playing at Real Madrid, replace Courtoisβ
βFor me Man City are guilty and every game they play I hope they loseβ
βYes they've cheated but I don't really care. because it's like all they've done it spend money, so whatβ
βArsenal are still less likeable than Man City even after all the charges. Arsenalβs fans are terribleβ
βBournemouth are a nothing club to me, they've got not fansβ
βRangers are a much bigger club than Man Cityβ
βIt's an absurd claim and not proportionally to remove City's titlesβ
βCity should get a massive symbolic points deduction and a massive symbolic fine that represents some sort of massive benefit to the rest of English footballβ
βIt's absolutely absurd to think that Pep knew what was going on behind the scenes at Cityβ
βPep is the greatest manager in the history of footballβ
βPrior to the charges, Pep was in the top 3 Premier League managers ever. Now he's notβ
βI believe City should be stripped of everything, even the one's after the period they've been charged withβ
βPep Guardiola is obviously a fantastic coach, but I do think the charges against Man City damage his legacyβ
βI don't want van de Ven anywhere near United. I don't rate van de Ven. I think he's just like a tractor with nitro boostβ
βWould you give the job to Conte and get rid of Carrick? Damn bloody right I would, 100%β
βΕ eΕ‘ko would have probably suited Arsenal better than GyΓΆkeres, and GyΓΆkeres would probably suit Man Utd better than Ε eΕ‘koβ
βI think GyΓΆkeres would work really well in a Man Utd systemβ
βMainoo is good enough to fight for a place in an Arsenal team with Lewis-Skelly and Bruno GuimarΓ£esβ
βI would summarise Man Utdβs squad in one word as mediocreβ
βMan City would still finish above Man Utd with a 100 point deductionβ
βRecce James is so overrated now [...] he had a poor World Cup, always injury prone, doesn't even qualify for Europe anymoreβ
βThe problem with Santos for me is the price. Β£48m for a bench player Carrick wonβt use is ridiculousβ
βMateus Fernandes, triple relegated, he is the worst signing I've seen in all my lifeβ
βRobert SΓ‘nchez was a real problem, but I'm not sure that Emi MartΓnez has solved itβ
βI've always thought Emi MartΓnez is a bozoβ
βSaka has been so overrated over the last couple years. People talking about him in a world class bracket, I think he's nowhere nearβ
βI look at Saka and I go where's that star elementβ
βWirtz doesn't try hard, wears long sleeves in summer, no physicality, no belief, looks homesick, looks anemicβ
βWirtz is an absolute generational transfer flop, this is Shevchenko 5.0 and it's awfulβ
βThe Bruno Fernandes train may be overβ
βWesley Fofana could be in the conversation now for worst ever Chelsea signingβ
βWesley Fofana is symbolic of the Chelsea back-line. He's supposed to be the Β£80m player and I've seen nothing in him to suggest he comes close to thatβ
βPalmer is better than Saka off the right nowadaysβ
βI don't think Trafford is ready yet to be England's No.1β
βSaka had another stinker and hooked [...] we need to get Palmer on that right hand side ASAPβ
βI don't want Tuchel out because of this game (loss against Spain), I want him out because he's a fucking fraudβ
βIf Man City canβt win the league this year then Arsenal have won it alreadyβ
βMan City will get a 100 point deduction and a massive fine, like a 5 or 6 year transfer ban [...] and the titles will be voidedβ
βThe Premier League survives without Man Cityβ
βCity's titles have to be strippedβ
βMan City have provided a net positive to English football within the last 10, 15 yearsβ
βI don't think there's a world where City succeed in an appealβ
βI felt like the charges against Man City would fizzle out and probably get hit with a couple charges, but nothing too seriousβ
βIβm starting to feel like the pile on to Man City is a little bit too muchβ
βPep Guardiola is not in the same conversation as Sir Alex Fergusonβ
βΒ£93m for Tonali, they've had their pants pulled down hereβ
βNewcastle punched so high, GonzΓ‘lez didn't really want to go there, he thinks he's better than that. They've lulled in a big big fish.β
βBouaddi has to start with Elliot Anderson if Man City were to play against PSG in the Champions League finalβ
βEnzo FernΓ‘ndez is signing of the seasonβ
βLeeds can finish top 8, easilyβ
βGonzalo GarcΓa won't score the kind of goals that keeps Fulham in the leagueβ
βGonzalo GarcΓa is a big flat flop for Fulhamβ
βTyrique George, oh mate, he's got a high ceilingβ
βChelsea paid a massive fee for Morgan Rogers, I'm not sure what he provides. I don't think he will ever be a world-class footballerβ
βBrighton can qualify for the Champions League because we're now seeing three of the big six struggling. Chelsea, Man Utd and Tottenhamβ
βLuka VuΕ‘koviΔ will be a Β£100m centre-back in the next few years, easy. He's a Real Madrid centreback!β
βSangarΓ© is a game-changing signing for Brentfordβ
βAston Villa are going to rocket up the league nowβ
βManzambi could have a higher ceiling than Morgan Rogersβ
βIf the Premier League have gone to this much trouble to find Man City guilty, they must be booted from the leagueβ
βObviously I do rate Gabriel, I think he's brilliant but I think a lot of people now think he's the best centre-half in the league and I don'tβ
βEveryone just knows Madueke's levels. He's just a bench playerβ
βI now think that Max Dowman should be ahead of Noni Madueke in the pecking order in terms of game timeβ
βVerbruggen is so prone to a howler it's crazy and people overlook itβ
βVerbruggen is a good goalie but he's got a lot of bozo genes in himβ
βColwill is Chelsea's only shining light in defence I thinkβ
βDiop was not good at Fulham, not good at Ipswich. He's just not a good playerβ
βI think Delap is underrated. The amount of shit he's getting from that stint at Chelsea, he's actually good man. This is his levelβ
βI can't believe Sunderland signed Danso. Even Spurs fans were happy to get rid of himβ
βGarnacho should go La Liga or Seria A. Just get out the Premier League. it's not suited for himβ
βI'd take Asante over Garnachoβ
βRayan, he is extremely hyped and I think he's good, I just think we need to chill out a bitβ
βI do rate Truffert but I just think he's become overrated [...] Bournemouth is his levelβ
βOscar Bobb has had a while at Fulham now and he's not really done what anyone expectedβ
βSΓ‘vio is the most overrated player I've ever seen in my lifeβ
βIf Alonso can sure things up defensively he'll get Chelsea top 5 easyβ
βINEOS are so inept they won't get rid of Carrick quicklyβ
βPalace bringing in Sage reminds me of when Bournemouth brought in Iraola. Iraola didn't win in the first nine at Bournemouthβ
βCarrick is not going to win the sack race ahead of De Zerbiβ
βFor me it's De Zerbi or Carrick to be the first Premier League managerial sackingβ
βEddie Howe's next job will be the next exciting progressive project, not Spursβ
βSpurs should get Eddie Howe, he's available, he understands the league, he makes you solid, he makes players play for you.]β
βI worry about De Zerbi. His side have got no style, no physicality, no braveryβ
βDe Zerbi coming out and publicly criticising Spurs was absurd and damagingβ
βFrank Lampard is not getting sacked by Coventryβ
βWhen Morgan Rogers is on the ball he's one of the best players on the pitch, off the ball he's one of the worst players on the pitchβ
βJordan Henderson is a great signing, if you never have to play himβ
βA midfield duo of Barco and Jordan Henderson is possibly the worst two central midfielders in the leagueβ
βBrentford away is one of the toughest away days in European football, Chelsea would rather go to Atletico Madrid than Brentford away β
βIβm not saying sack him [Carrick] but Iβm not saying back him. Iβm not convinced heβs the right guyβ
βI think Carrick will survive because Man Utdβs board is incompetentβ
βElliot Anderson is going to be worth every penny for Man Cityβ
βTarkowski might be one of the most underrated centre-backs in Premier League historyβ
βBrentford, Brighton or Leeds will get 5th spotβ
βDe Zerbi is the biggest fraud of them allβ
βSpurs are a team of rejectsβ
βSpurs will have a better chance of keeping in games with DΓΊbravkaβ
βI think Fulham are as good as goneβ
βEnzo Maresca is one of the best managers in the league in terms of having a plan Aβ
βMan City have had a howler getting rid of Trafford and keeping Donnarummaβ
βIβd take Chris Wood over GyΓΆkeres and Iβm not even jokingβ
βI donβt think GyΓΆkeres does anything better than Brobbeyβ
βWith the extra games and European football, I think Brighton will fall offβ
βStarting Rashford every single week is going to cost United pointsβ
βCarrick's team selections have been baffling at times. Persisting with Cunha through the middle, stop it!β
βI don't think we should sack Michael Carrick yet, it's 6 games in to the Premier League seasonβ
βMan Utd need open heart surgery [β¦] Rashford needs to go. Bruno probably needs to go. Shaw needs to go. Maguire needs to go. Maybe even MartΓnez needs to goβ
βCarrick putting Rashford in the team has completely dismantled itβ
βMan Utd wonβt get relegated. In fact we wonβt even finish in the bottom halfβ
βI look at that Villa defence I think βGod, that is dogshitββ
βDe Zerbi is on absolute fraud watchβ
βCoventry are much bigger football club than Fulhamβ
βΕ eΕ‘ko might be top 4, top 5 strikers in the leagueβ
βJackson is a very good player for a club like Tottenham or Villa, he's not quite at the very top levelβ
βLacroix is a Gary Cahill, he hasn't got a John Terry next to him, do you know what time trying to sayβ
βWesley Fofana is a catastropheβ
βLevi Colwill is one of the most overrated footballers in the gameβ
βEmery is top 3 managers in the league, top 2 maybeβ
βDamsgaard is a magician [β¦] he could do a job a much much higher levelβ
βPascal Struijk is better than Tarkowski, 100%β
βIβd sooner have James Tarkowski in my team at centre-back rather than van de Ven and Senesiβ
βGabriel is not better than Salibaβ
βIf I was picking a team right now Iβd pick van Dijk over Gabrielβ
βIβve never rated Dias ever. I think heβs really deceptableβ
βHot take. I think Khusanov is Cityβs best centre-halfβ
βDewsbury-Hall is too good for Evertonβ
βI really rate Bogle. He just doesnβt get much plauditsβ
βYalcouyΓ©, I think heβs class. I know people rate him at the minute but he could do that Brighton thing where he goes boomβ
βHeaven is Man Utdβs best centre-halfβ
βIβm a big fan of this guy, Dorgu. Love him. Heβs so mental he causes chaos. Heβs definitely a left-winger and not a fullbackβ
βLast year I didnβt think Ballard would be good enough for the step but he actually wasβ
βI think Jaydee Canvot is Palaceβs most underrated playerβ
βTavernier is the most underrated player in the Premier League. Heβs so good man, he gets no plauditsβ
βJackson will get 15 goals in the Premβ
βJackson scores goals wherever he goesβ
βJackson is the exact same as Watkins. Heβll run defenders ragged, heβll get in good positions, heβll create chances, he just wonβt finish them allβ
βI think Suzuki will be a top 5 keeper in the leagueβ
βBergvall gets overran all the timeβ
βDΓΊbravka should be starting because KinskΓ½ is shitβ
βTottenham do not beat Aston Villa, they don't beat themβ
βMarmoush won't score 11 Premier League goals this seasonβ
βMarmoush looks poor, Savinho looks poor, Tonali looks a million miles off of itβ
βI donβt expect Carrick to be sacked this seasonβ
βYouβre a manager of Man Utd and youβre out of your fuckinβ depthβ
βMan Utd are crap aren't they. They've got no passages of play, no style, no grace, no elegance, no aesthetic qualityβ
βNdiaye is a better natural winger than Phil Fodenβ
βPhil Foden has improved his overall but he isn't a right wingerβ
βBruno Fernandes is a cheap bottle of beer in how he carries himselfβ
βSantos in the summer was the new Casemiro in preseason and since it's got competitive he just looks a little bit averageβ
βI wouldn't swap Ε eΕ‘ko now for anybody but Erling Haaland and Harry Kaneβ
βI genuinely believe we have a forward in Ε eΕ‘ko that can be Harry Kane at Spursβ
βIn my opinion Zirkzee will never cut it in a Man Utd shirtβ
βSangarΓ© would play for any team in the leagueβ
βI think Coventry have left themselves a bit short in the transfer windowβ
βIf Barry gets injured for 3 months then Everton are doneβ
βMaguire is better than GuΓ©hiβ
βSince he left Palace GuΓ©hi has been crapβ
βDonnarumma on his worst day is better than Lammens has ever had in his life as a keeperβ
βKobbie Mainoo is levels above Elliot Andersonβ
βLuke Shaw's contract expires next summer, he should not be getting a renewalβ
βI think Benjamin Ε eΕ‘ko has the lot, I just don't think a lot of people realise it yet [...] he can certainly be one of the best in the Premier League and in Europeβ
βYou can sense with Iraola that the players have bought in to it. MacAllister, Gakpo and Isak are completely different playersβ
βSome issues still remain [at Liverpool]. Like Kerkez at left-back, I donβt rate him atβ
βMarmoush I think will come good for Tottenhamβ
βBaleba for me is an 8/10 signing, Youri Tielemans probably the same, Santos probably a 6 or 7β
βI love the signing of Ndiaye, I think that's better than the Enzo FernΓ‘ndez signingβ
βEnzo FernΓ‘ndez isn't a good enough footballer to play as a N0. 10, he isn't a mobile enough man to play as an 8 or 6β
βJacquet is fantastic, he will be a world class centre-back one day. 100%. He's got everything in the lockerβ
βThat little fella who I'm not overly fond of, that Barco kid, he's mustard!β
βLiam Delap is possible the least talented centre-forward I've seen in the last 30 yearsβ
βArsenal's forward line is worse than last yearβ
βArsenal had a near-perfect window with one major flaw {...} they've let goals go and not replaced themβ
βMaresca isn't even comparable to Artetaβ
βArsenal are 50% favourites to win this title, Manchester City 35%, Chelsea 10%, Man Utd & Liverpool 5%β
βWe (Man Utd) finish above Chelsea and Liverpoolβ
βMerino is more of a viable option upfront than GyΓΆkeres as backupβ
βIf anything happens to Havertz, Arsenal will be in a world of pain. The link up play, the finishing, the movementβ
βBarry is probably the worst striker in the leagueβ
βA lot of Evertonβs hopes this season are just on how well Barry performsβ
βI donβt like Cunha in the 9, heβs not a 9β
βDorgu, he looks 2 stone overweight [β¦] heβs not good, heβs shitβ
βYou canβt be playing Gallagher in the 10, thatβs stinkyβ
βXabi Alonso is night and day from Marescaβ
βDo you not think Arbeloa is trying to play a certain style football that he just doesnβt have the ability to with the players heβs gotβ
βHe fucking winds me up Calvert-Lewin. Heβs brilliant until he has to finishβ
βDamsgaard goes a little under the radar. If he looked a bit sexy I think heβd get more plauditsβ
βIβve never understood the hate for Gakpo, heβs just a good playerβ
βIpswich have a good chance of staying up man. They look really well drilledβ
βI don't really get why Dalot plays over Mazraoui. Everytime I watch Mazraoui he's just on a different level to Dalotβ
βWhen Arsenal want to attack they are a joy to watchβ
βRogers is harder than Riceβ
βI don't think Morgan Rogers is or will ever be worth Β£117mβ
βEnzo FernΓ‘ndez is definitely not worth Β£125mβ
βElliot Anderson is not a Β£116m playerβ
βNico O'Reilly is a better footballer than Elliot Andersonβ
βAny Arsenal fan that was questioning Γdegaard has got to feel very foolish nowadaysβ
βArsenal will get more than 85 points this seasonβ
βI don't think Chelsea beat City home or awayβ
βI'm not worried about Chelsea in this title raceβ
βWhen Eze gets going, he does things Γdegaard could only dream ofβ
βEze cruises through so many gamesβ
βArsenal should have signed Morgan Rogers, instead they get Tzolis from Norwich Cityβ
βMainoo is going to have a very good season. I know it was only Ipswich but there was an air of authority about his performanceβ
βΕ eΕ‘ko. Second year [at United]. Had a few injury problems. Not straight in the team at the moment. Big season. Point to proveβ
βLeny Yoro can't have a third year as a utility bench player when he's meant to be a generational talentβ
βBrentford are now a serious side. Serious club. Serious manager. Serious playersβ
βI think Chelsea's front three are probably the best front three in the leagueβ
βWhenever Kobbie Mainoo is in the side, I just think Man Utd tick, they have a rhythm of play, they're more calmβ
βBarcola is better than Gakpoβ
βI don't see us finishing outside the top 5 this year, but it might not be entertainingβ
βMan City, Arsenal, Chelsea will finish above Man Utd. That puts us in to 4th and then I think it's a battle between us and Liverpool for 4th and 5thβ
βWe as a fanbase, Michael Carrick as a manager and this team collectively are going in to this season with two arms tied behind their backβ
βI wouldn't say it was a good transfer window for Liverpool. I think they've left a lot of problems to be solvedβ
βI'd give Man City a 9 out of 10 [in the summer transfer window]β
βManchester United have systematically mugged off their fanbase this summer and written the season offβ
βThis is definitely the worst transfer window I've ever seen and it's absolutely shocking Man Utd have to go it to a season with a squad like thisβ
βBarcola is the best player in the world until he has to finish or pass so I think we're going to see a lot of frustrating performances from him but his talent is undeniableβ
βIf DCL gets injured then Leeds are in quite big troubleβ
βRobertson shouldn't be playing [...] I'd play Van de Ven at left-back and play Senesiβ
βI don't know what Jaissle has done with Wissa but he looks like the Brentford player againβ
βLampard won't lose to Tottenham. You can argue that he loses to anyone, but he don't lose to Tottenhamβ
βSpurs are more likely to finish mid-table than anything else, but I don't see them getting in to Europeβ
βTottenham will get smashed away at Forestβ
βMarmoush does not have the ability to be the main man for Spurs and drag them to the Champions Leagueβ
βAndy Robertson isn't good enough to be starting for a side that need to be in the Champions Leagueβ
βNico GonzΓ‘lez is one that's going to break my heart everytime he puts in a 10/10 performance, becase he should be doing it on some level for [Man] Cityβ
βAston Villa are going to become a big team under Emery again this seasonβ
βAdarabioyo is pony, PONY! [...] he is a League 1 playerβ
βTzolis - GyΓΆkeres - Saka isn't a world-class front threeβ
βArsenal want a tekky winger [...] they should have signed Barcolaβ
βKevin Schade isn't better than Martinelli β
βArsenal's front-line, there isn't enough cut and thrust to itβ
βI have to say this. Luke Shaw is shit!β
βMan Utd would not be better off without Bruno. God knows where weβd be without Brunoβ
βCole Palmer looks like a player reignited by this [Xabi Alonso] systemβ
βSpurs will get better but you can spend all the money you like, the mentality of a club is really hard to changeβ
βMy prediction is Spurs will finish above Newcastle. I think that's a hot take [...] I think Spurs will sort it outβ
βIf it goes wrong at Spurs, is it Spurs being Spursy or is De Zerbi not worthy?β
βI do not think Forest are going to be in the top half of the table, but I don't think they'll be in the bottom four eitherβ
βA good season for Liverpool this year is top 4 and a cup runβ
βI thought Frimpong was going to be a really good signing, but he's a classic example of a player coming in from another league that doesn't suit this league β
βJust when you think it can't get any worse for Villa, you get a 'Here We Go' for Nicholas Jacksonβ
βFulham have some very good players. Arbeloa bringing the boys over from Madrid. It's a good time to be a Fulham fanβ
βI think Leeds are going to qualify for Europe. I think they really are on for a spectacular seasonβ
βXabi Alonso. Doesn't he look the part. Doesn't he look like an icon on that touchlineβ
βWhilst I think Man City are fallible, I think there is a vulnerability to them. Enzo Maresca is completely overpromotedβ
βIβd say weβll finish 9th or 10th in Champions League tableβ
βItβs a pathetic transfer window for Man Utd and the proof is going to be in the pudding. We will find out of the next few months how bad this window is going to impact on usβ
βI can't see Liverpool challenging for the title but signings like Barcola certainly give them a chance to get better as the season goes on.β
βΒ£100m for Bradley Barcola in this market I think is a good dealβ
βJames Trafford is going to be England's No.1 keeper at the next tournamentβ
βRashford will make Team of the Seasonβ
βLet's put Saka in off the right for Team of the Seasonβ
βTzolis is better than Rashfordβ
βI don't even know if Haaland will get in the Team of the Season, the haircut is winding me up to be honestβ
βI don't think Liverpool have a good yearβ
βDeclan Rice has to be in the Team of the Seasonβ
βMidfield player of the season, I'll go for a big one, Adam Wharton, BOSH!β
βAn outside shout for right-back POTS is Kayode at Brentfordβ
βI'll go Lacroix for TOTS, I think Chelsea are going to be a lot better this season, he's in his prime years, pacey, powerfulβ
βO'Reilly is due a big season, i think he could be in midfield, that's the concernβ
βDavid Raya is the only good goalie in the leagueβ
βMan Utdβs biggest problem is going to be the fullbacks. The full backs are bottom half of the table standardβ
βMichael Carrick has been treated appallingly by the Man Utd board this summerβ
βIβve got no interest in Mason Mount. If we could sell him Iβd do it now. Heβs on Β£1m a month, he wears the number 7 shirt and we spent Β£55m on himβ¦β
βCarrick is the right guy if he sticks to what he did last year because this squad ainβt never playing a decent brand of footballβ
βYou canβt trust this Man Utd squad, itβs a low IQ squad and they can only really play one wayβ
βZirkzee is better than Delapβ
βHull are going to get 25 points this seasonβ
βIf Ipswich stay up it'll mainly be because of Enciso... but they won'tβ
βFrimpong isn't a footballer. God he's so bad isn't he Frimpongβ
βIf Cole Palmer gets back to his best then fucking hell, title charge onβ
βI'd start Gibbs-White for Arsenal over Γdegaardβ
βI think Gibbs-White will do what Gibbs-White does. 10 goals, 10 assistsβ
βI've gone with Rushworth as Coventry's most important player [...] he will be the main reason if they stay upβ
βI've gone with Fernandes already as Tottenham's most important player. His mobility, the way he drives forward. The way he can open up a midfieldβ
βIf Luke Shaw is Man Utdβs left-back this season then OMG, Michael Carrick may as well pack his bags nowβ
βHopefully Shea Lacey will get a lot of game time. I think he could be a big positive for Unitedβ
βAvailability is nothing if youβre not good and I just donβt think Luke Shaw offers anythingβ
βSangarΓ© looks like he might be signing of the summerβ
βChelsea will have up and downs. Iβd be stunned if they challenge for the titleβ
βFulham wonβt be getting relegated. Theyβve got some good playersβ
βXabi Alonsoβs system is a breath of fresh air if it worksβ
βSels is shit and shouldn't be a Premier League keeper, I'm sorry. He's always been shit, like Kariusβ
βI really like the Wilson - Aaronson combos. They're very direct and horrible likeβ
βOh my god. Luke O'Nien playing minutes in 2026 in the Premier League makes me want to rip my eyes out. He's so fucking shitβ
βMan Utd can't just rely on quality. They need some sort of identity, some sort of style and Carrick isn't good enough to do thatβ
βSaka worries me, he looks half a yard off it [...] he doesn't look as sharp as the Saka I rememberβ
βI'd put my life on Arsenal winning the league this yearβ
βI don't think Isak is that player now who will go get 20 goals a seasonβ
βThere's no more excuses for Isak. He has to now deliver, but I think he willβ
βWirtz, I have no evidence whatsoever this bloke can do it in the Premier League, he's powder puffβ
βI donβt see Liverpool competing with Man City and Arsenalβ
βLiverpool look toothless in the front threeβ
βBotman is a big worry to be in our starting team (against Liverpool). After the surgery he's been so bad manβ
βThe right-back for Liverpool is a real problem. Frimpong offers very very little, he's , not physical enoughβ
βLiverpool still need a defensive midfielder who can win the ball and stop play, like Caicedo β
βArsenal have signed a player (Ezri Konsa) who is good enough to start for England, but not for Arsenalβ
βHarwood-Bellis is nowhere good enough to play in the Premier League for Aston Villaβ
βI like the Newcastle manager, I think he looks young, ambitious and hungryβ
βMan Utd arenβt getting relegated. This wonβt be bad season, itβll be a bloody rollercoaster like every other yearβ
βMichael Carrick has got to stop being so passive [β¦] if youβre a soft touch with big players they wonβt be motivatedβ
βMy big concern this season is can Man Utd get back in to the Champions Leagueβ
βMan Utd are weaker tonight than we were at the end of the seasonβ
βMan Utd are not ready. Santos is not ready, he is a prospectβ
βMan Utd have not replaced Casemiro. That was the number one job this summerβ
βCarrick is going to need to exceed expectations [β¦] because heβs not good enough anywayβ
βThat performance [against Hull City] was absolutely pathetic. The [Man Utd] fans should be getting their money backβ
βA good season for United for me is to improve on third place, hit the quarter-finals of the Champions League and win a domestic trophyβ
βI think either Tielemans or Mainoo will spend quite a lot of time on the bench this seasonβ
βIβm not 100% sure KinskΓ½ is of the level Spurs wantβ
βMarmoush is comparable to Ε eΕ‘ko, JoΓ£o Pedro, and GyΓΆkeres. He isn't worse than GyΓΆkeres for sureβ
βVan Hecke is an elevation on Romeroβ
βThe second Tottenham acknowledged that Tudor was wrong, I think they've made every decision and made it correctlyβ
βCarlos Baleba is only 22 years old, it's absurd how high his ceiling isβ
βDeclan Rice is twice the player Elliot Anderson isβ

βYouri Tielemans is an excellent signing for Man Utdβ
βIs Man Utd's midfield a million miles off Arsenal. I don't think it isβ
βCarlos Baleba is the right signing for Man Utdβ
βSurely this is the year if itβs ever going to happen, James McAtee. Surely this is the moment he becomes the player we kept haring aboutβ
βLeeds bringing in Trafford, you could argue thatβs signing of the summerβ
βYou saw us do this so many times under Carrick [last season], even if we play badly weβve still got a defence that is quite resoluteβ
βI think Man Utd will finish above Chelseaβ
βItβs impossible for Chelsea not to finish above United this seasonβ
βAnd Coventry need a keeper, anyone is better than this lemon (Carl Rushworth)β
βKonsa is not better than Lisandro MartΓnezβ
βKonsa is better than Lisandro Martinezβ
βMosquera and Konsa is better than Man Utd's defensive partnership, and potential Man City's and Chelsea'sβ
βEven if Saliba was out for 12 months injured, Konsa and Gabriel win Arsenal the titleβ
βWe have to talk about how scary Arsenal are going to be in the title raceβ
βTzolis is better than Rashford, on Β£400k a week stinking the gaff outβ
βIf Arsenal don't win the league it'll be because they didn't sign VinΓcius JΓΊnior or Bradley Barcolaβ

βChelsea should should Alex Scottβ
βI think Liverpool are mad to let Curtis Jones goβ
βLuke Shaw cannot be trusted to play LB for Man Utdβ

βBy the end of this season Brian Madjo will have a full England capβ
βBrentford could be lower than 8th but they won't be much higherβ
βI'm putting my neck on the line with Kevin Schade. He'll get double figures goals and assists this yearβ
βWith Glasner at the helm, will Forest be much worse than 14th? I don't think soβ
βPierre Sage is the manager of Palace. This stinks of gone by Christmas. It absolutely reeks of itβ

βWirtz still needs to get cooking. I think he will this yearβ
βI donβt see Newcastle getting anywhere near the top 5β

β20th Manchester City. I think they get charged. I think this season it comes in. I'm being seriousβ
βNewcastle aren't gonna finish above the Villaβ
βSunderland are going to have a bit of bother this season. I think they'll sack the manager as wellβ

β7th Liverpool. I think they're still in a transition period and they've lost Salah [...] that may have a bigger impact on the club than we thinkβ
βI can't see Glasner staying the whole seasonβ
βI think Forest will capitulate. They've lost their best player. I think the manager will have a fisty-cuff with the ownerβ
βI think Iraola is a far better manager than Marescaβ
β5th I've gone Spurs. Spurs will be absolutely fine, they've made great signings, no extra games which will help De Zerbi's style of playβ
β7th I've gone Man Utd. I just think Carrick...β
βCoventry will definitely have a good go and be close to staying up in the Premier Leagueβ
βI've gone Ipswich to finish bottom. I don't rate Gary O'Neil one bitβ
βMan City fans should be worried. Especially after Rodri leaving, they're fucked. β
βIt looks like Arsenal have got a real big upgrade on that left-hand side with Tzolisβ
βGenuinely, I think Frank Lampard keeps Coventry upβ
βWho's gonna win POTY? MORGAN ROGERS!β
βBest player of the season is going to be Erling Haaland. He's just come off a generational World Cup, I think he'll bang 30 easyβ
βMan Utd are little bit overrated, you had one game a season, it was an absolute luxuryβ
βI think Villa could finish 7th or 8thβ
βIn terms of overrated, I think I'm going to go Villaβ
βI don't think people think Tottenham are going to have a good season, and annoyingly I think they areβ
βI think there's a good chance Sesko scores more goals than Isakβ
βBecause he probably won't play much football it doesn't matter but Jordan Henderson is a stinker of a signingβ
βTottenham's work in this transfer window has been excellent, I think Tonali is a brilliant signingβ
βThe Tieleman's signing value for money wise and potential of the players ability, if I was to go best signing of the summer it would be that oneβ
βJJ Gabriel will become Manchester United's youngest-ever Premier League playerβ
βDo you know who I think could have a massive season, and they kind of need him to, it's Rio Ngumohaβ
βMax Dowman is going to get a lot of football [...] he'll get to 20 games this seasonβ
βYoung Shea Lacey, he's gonna absolutely tear it up this season for Man Unitedβ
βDespite how much they've spent, Tottenham are going to really struggleβ
βFlop of the season team wise I'll go Newcastleβ
βMy flop of the season is Bruno Fernandes - he was punching miles above his weight playing one game a weekβ

βBrentford are going to get relegatedβ
βWe're going to see a four-way title race deep into the seasonβ
βNewcastle United get relegatedβ
βBournemouth finish above Liverpoolβ
βArsenal are not going to get another left winger. Maybe start Tzolis and Martinelli and we go in to the market in January for a left wingerβ
βTzolis to Arsenal. Only Β£34m and he looks sharp. Steal, absolute steal!β
βThe best transfer of the season is Chelsea getting rid of Garnacho to Villa. Well done Chelseaβ
βTrafford is a good goalie but I don't watch Trafford and go 'WOW!'β
βI genuinely think Tielemans will be unreal at Unitedβ
βFor a Leeds team Harry Wilson will flourishβ
βI don't think Senesi is going to get too many minutes with Van der Ven and Van Heckeβ
βI think Tonali is worth Β£100m [...] he's going to transform that midfieldβ
βElliot Anderson is a good signing but I don't know if he's worth what City paidβ
βBamba is going to be the new Yaya TourΓ©β

βLiverpool will finish 5th at minimumβ
βBy default Liverpool will finish top 7β
βI don't disagree with Liverpool finishing outside of the top 7β
βI don't think Carrick will last till Januaryβ
βMan Utd have a better chance than Liverpool and Chelsea at winning the titleβ
βLiverpool I can't see challenging for the titleβ
βArsenal are so far ahead of everyone, and every one else is going through a transitional periodβ
